92 hatch problems when cruising
I've got a 92 hatch with a D16Y7 swap. I recently overhauled the motor and ever since have been having issues when trying to maintain speed the car runs great at anything over half throttle but when cruising it tries to bog down. My iac has been bad prior to pulling motor I've had it unplugged for a while now but it always seemed to run fine. Timing has been checked it's dead on. When I bought the car it never had an o2 harness so needless to say I never out one back in. I've installed header and test pipe with the overhaul. Pulled cel shows 1,14,17 any clues as to what could be causing problem. Need help it's my daily

Don't understand why people post questions like these when they know that there are already problems.
Fix your codes. These would make your car run like ****.
1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1
14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve
17 VSS - speed sensor
What ECU are you running?

Re: 92 hatch problems when cruising
I bought the car with the swap already done. Never had an o2 and I can't find where in the harness one would go. I'm assuming it's the ecu that came with the car it's still obd 0. I'm not a big Honda guy I bought the car for gas mileage. Would the vss cause the car to run bad? I'm used to a speed sensor just messing up the speedometer. As far as the iac goes that was bad before I did the overhaul I've just been running it unplugged

vss won't make you'r car run poorly will just cause you'r spedo to stop working/vtec to not engauge(you don't have vtec). As for the iacv why unplug it ? clean/replace it and re connect it that's most likly what's causing you'r car to run shitty.
