Dood... This sounds familiar...

Think about it this way...
Is there a 92 Hatch that has Rear Disc Brakes?
- Yes. The 92 3DR SI had Rear Disc Brakes.

Has anything changed regarding mounting points for your parking brake cables?
- No. One of the few OEM PN differences between the 92-95 and 99-00 SI TA Assemblies are the "Arm Protectors" lear the TA/LCA link... This will not affect Pkg Brake Cable fitment.

Will other Pkg Brake Cables work?
- Maybe. There are concerns regarding the rubber grommet(s) when using Integra cables on a Civic. Some people have complained of increased in-cabin road noise after having to cut this grommet to make the Integra cables work. Furthermore, you might have to do some zip-tying or bracket moving as well. Basically, if you can get them for free or cheap from whatever model (they usually run about $75-90 for the pair), then do so and put on your Guinnea Pig suit. Be prepared to encounter and overcome any problems (like having 92-95 cables ready to go if needed, or ready to be returned if not).
The grommets for Civic Pkg Brake Cables are part of the Wire Assembly (they come with the cable).

Integra models had a single Grommet for BOTH cables, AFIK...

But if you want to reduce the risk of running into problems...
Stick with your chassis family... 92-95 Civic 3DR SI cables
