I was recently given a hatch with a d15b2 block, pm9-8 head p05 computer and it has the smaller intake out of the vx/hf. It is a 5 speed. It gets spark with the plugs out of the block and attached to the spark plug. But with everything together and spraying starter fluid in it it doesn't even try to fire. The only code it's throwing is 16. Fuel injectors. I've tested them and they seem to be working right. If I'm getting fuel and spark why won't it crank? Timing also seems right as far as cam gear and rotor button. I've seen this car run before. It ran good. Just died on the previous owner so he gave up on it. Anybody have any suggestions?

Yea. But it won't even try to crank with starter fluid.

compression could be your problem . do a compression test

150 cold. Tried a new computer today and it didn't help.
