I have no knowledge of any electrical problems what so ever.

My car has been sitting for a week and i went to start it today and nothing so i charge my battery and car starts right up but my brights stay on constantly and wont turn off when car is off unless i take off the negative battery terminal.

Does anyone know what would cause the brights to stay on besides the headlight combination switch?

Check the light switch on the steering column.

Just replaced the headlight combination switch and that didn't work so idk what to do besides pull my negative off my battery everytime I stop

Anyone have any suggestions?

Pull the hi beam fuses, you dont want to drive around with them on you can blind someone and cause them to crash or you can get a ticket.

Yea I just unplug my headlights during the day but my battery will still drain because it registers the brights on the cluster so I just have to keep pulling the battery off
