So i've been outside trying for a couple days now to get my daily eg sedan to start with no luck. Its all completely stock with the D15 non vtec with 215K miles on it. Ran great the night before, but couldnt get it to start the next morning for the life of me. I've checked just about everything i can think of including:

*fuel pump
*main fuel relay
*dizzy and dizzy cap
*plugs and wires

The engine will turn and attempt to start but it just wont get any fire or gas from what i can tell. I've already tried to get an arc from a screwdriver in a plug wire, bought a new Main relay, smelt for gas in the cylinders, and still no luck with either spark nor gas.

If ANYONE can give me some insight as to what the hell is wrong with this car, i would greatly appreciate it!

check your starter take the little black thing on it i forgot was it called ull figure it out get a cable and connect the positive of the batt to it ..it should start. if not it's most likely ur starter if ur gettin spark

The starter is working great. It will turn, just wont fire. And like i said, i couldnt get the screwdriver to arc in a plug wire. So i dont think i'm getting spark for some reason

but you said your not getting fuel either? Is the fuel pump priming? do you have any CEL's?

Correct. I'm not getting fuel or spark. Yesterday i took apart the dizzy and checked to see if everything is getting power and it is. The rotor is kinda corroded on the metal tip, but it still makes good contact with the pins going to the plug wires on the cap. The coil is getting power too, just not sure if its firing or whatever.

Heard something about it possibly being the cps (cam position sensor) inside the dizzy that couldve went out. If, so i guess i'll have to try to find another dizzy instead of replacing it.

And i'm pretty sure the fuel pump is working since i can hear it click when i turn the key to ON. Gonna try to pull off the fuel lines to see if its actually sending fuel or not. But still not sure why im not getting spark

it should still get spark even with a issue with CPS

I say if you have a friend who has the same car as you that still works and is welling to help you in this way.

Swap distributors or maybe even just the coil pack to see if your car will start. If you just switch coil pack maybe your coil pack is going bad.
