92 cx will start without an ecu fuse.
Has anyone experience this before? Im thinking theres a short somewhere, but i wanna find out as much as i can before i tear up the wiring harness looking for the short. oh, the engine will not shut down if i put in a fuse.

which fuse are you refering to?
the main 20amp fuse or the 7.5amp backup fuse?
it will start without the 7.5amp backup fuse, just will not remember CELs.

yeah i know my **** it fucked up. the previous owner didnt know jack **** about electrical. most of the fuses on the car were the incorrect fuse. the amperage was to high on most of them. i found some of the wires insulation all burnt up. oh man, electrical sucks.
