Hi, I have a 92 civic si. When I got the car I noticed that the top of the right rear wheel would lean to the outside when I go around a left hand curve, and if I take the curve at a faster speed the tire will also rub the fender. It is on coilovers so I raised the right side up about 1 inch higher than the left. But the right side still does it and the left side dont even know the right side is higher? I ended up sliding out around a curve at 80 and the right rear tire got couhgt on a concret slab in the ground and twisted the trailing arm, so the wheel was leaning in pretty bad but would still lean out and straighten up when I go around a left curve. And the wheel bearing was making a roaring sound. So I have replaced the trailing arm with one off of a 94 Integra, and the wheel bearing, but I used the old trailing arm bushing because the trailing arm off the integra was missing the bushing. My wheel now sit straight where it should be and no more roaring sound. But for some reason the top of the wheel still leans out when I go around a left curve..Can anyone tell me what would make this happen? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Check the upper and lower control arm bushings.

I forgot to mention that the upper control arm was bent pretty bad from the wreck also, it was bent in the middle and had about a 45degree bend. Thats why the wheel is leaning in so far in the pic. So I replaced the upper control arm and bushing hopeing that would fix it. It brought the wheel up about half way so thats when I decided to replace the trailing arm also. The lower control arm and bushing look fine from what I can tell but the rubber in the big trailing arm bushing in the middle of the trailing arm looks to be worn out, cracked and broken. I dont know if that would be the cause or not? What is the purpose of that bushing and what is the result of a bad trailing arm bushing?
