Default 92 civic presssure in hoses!!

alright i have my 92 civic hatchback just did a mini me swap usdm d15b block/z6 head torqued everything down got everything proper and running but when test driving it i blew the heater hose. i replaced it along with the radiator hoses but noticed when driving it i have a good amount of pressure in my hoses. i bled off all the air from the housing and let all the bubbles come out through the radiator but still have this pressure and it builds with rpms, if i rev the engine with the rad. cap off it will shoot water out. its all pointing to the head gasket i know but that ones brand new and doent even have maybe 6-8 hours on it. it was a cheap brand tho evergreen but was the y8 one i believe (the one with the middle metal layer) anyways any input is appreciated so i can pull the head back off and buy a cometic or something
