Default 92 Civic with LS engine

Hey wuz up,
ok, i've been changing my mind alot, and im thinking of going LS/vtec, but my set up will be this.
b18b bottom, b16 head, pr3 pistons, rods will be taken to get shotpeened, and rod bolts put on.
i might put ITR JDM dual springs, valves, and retainers.
but really nothing major than that, will the block take it, for i say2 or 3 years, will it be ok.
oh yea and a stock p30 ecu, 8200rpm.
PLEASE SOMEONE WRITE BACK WITH SOME GOOD HELP.
