i was just wondering if anyone would know what this problem is. i have a 92 hatch with a gsr swap. the swap was all fine then all of a sudden vtec is not engaging anymore. there's no pull at all. just seeing if anyone would know what is wrong.

Make sure its the right ecu
Make sure everything is wired correctly ( I believe there are 2 wires you need to wire)
Make sure all the plugs are plugged in...

there were no stored codes in the ecu so not really sure why its throwing a code. it throws a code from just driving around normally after about 30min of driving. it also feels liike it is crossiong over but not the normal pull of vtec as usual.

i had the same problem, could be your v-tec solenoid, and i first did my swap i didnt warm up the car...so v-tec didnt kick it, so i dont know..check your wiring and ecu, i had a knock sensor problem for the longest time and it wasn't even wired up in the Wiring harness ecu clip thingy
