I have a 92 Civic EX automatic just rebuilt head and runs strong, but at low speeds around 20 mph or under when given just little on the gas pedal (almost costing) it starts to bog down like not getting fuel. When you give it more gas either downshifts or just takes off to whatever amount of gas giving it. I've changed the fuel filter and everything else seems good, also doesn't do it speeds over 20-25mph from what I've seen so don't know if something to do with speed sensor (which has been flaky in the past) or just car has sat for long time maybe crappy fuel working thru the system (have put in injector cleaner in already.)

My big thing is if wasn't getting enough fuel giving it more gas would make it worse not fix problem, and also the fact seems to only it do it at slow speeds (highway at 55 mph little gas no problems.)

Any ideas where to start looking would be much appreciated.
