92 Civic ES bushings?

92 Civic ES bushings?
Anyone know how you would install these bushings? I know you would have to press out your old bushings but do you just slide in the ES bushings or would they need to be pressed in also? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated

old bushings can be torched out then the sleeves cut out. new ones do not require a press, the most you would need is a bench vise.
