Default 92 civic dx wont start

hey guys, im having problems with my car not starting. its a 92 civic dx, completely stock commuter car. about 6 or so months ago i had to re solder the main relay cause the fuel pump wasn't turning on now im running into a problem of no spark.

i bought a new cap and rotor and its still not sparking, as well i replaced the coil and ignitor from another distributor (im not sure that it was good either, but just to try) to no avail it still will not start for me. upon further inspection of removing the distributor it looks as if the plugs were jammed together like someone had no clue how to plug a distributor up. this caused some of the pieces of the 2 plugs to break off. however, it still seems as if everything is making a good, tight connection.

if my plug wires, cap, rotor, coil and ignitor were good what else could it be? im going to try to replace the entire distributor with a known working one hopefully tomorrow, but if anyone has any idea of what i could try otherwise that would be great. thanks in advance.

i have a 95 dx and it just stopped starting and i took it to a shop and they charged me 800$ for a fuse. Check your fuses. The one i had a problem with was the fuse box under the dash .

Do not ASSume it is making a good connection. Check it with a mutli-meter. You getting power to the coil?

Do you have red dust in the distributor? You have any codes?

i was planning on trying to check it with the multimeter tonight. when taking the distributor apart i did not notice any red dust, what would this be from? and no cel.

well i got the car running again awhile ago, and it ended up having a bad coil/ignitor (got spark after we replaced it with a good one), one bad spark plug, and had jumped a tooth on the timing belt. crazy how all that happened at once.
