Default 92 civic dx d15b7 problems

MY car has been a piece of crap since i connected all my vaccume hoses and TPS sensor. now it runs extreamly rich right when i start it then goes away and runs good. and when i go to the store every time i get out of the store and try in start my car it floods itself with fuel and i have to floor my gas and start it over and over and over untill crap loads of wasted fuel comes out and smokes up the store and then miss fires for a few seconds then runs fine again this happens everytime its warm and i start it. also its happen twice i thought i blew my headgasket because it over heats then turns off and wont start up, i have to pump the gas and start it over and over then a smell of water comes out my muffler and a **** load of water enters my engine and smokes badly and my oil cap has milky oil on it. i let it sit overnight and it runs good next morning and oil is good. only a little water on my oil cap not in my oil. what could all of this be. and the other day leaving work it miss fired for about 2 miles then ran perfect on its own. any helf would be greatly appreciated! thanks
!!

and when it over heats it sounds like its loosing compression and timing is off. but we did compression test and had great numbers.

and when the car runs it runs great and drives perfectly normal its only if i turn it off or drive it far. cold starts are usually good and no problems but warm starts it just dont wanna run.

It kinda sounds like the FPR is messed up... Or you connected the wrong vacuum source to it when replacing the lines...

What is FPR? and i could have my vaccume lines wrong but i dissconnected all of them and ran it like it used to when it ran perfect but always rich and it still didn't wanna start so this must be a new problem. and my check engine light is messed up so i cant check it.

See if your tps is calibrated, make sure the vaccuum hoses are hooked up correctly. Milky oil is signs that point to a bad head gasket also

Okay, had to switch... Damn mods... Fuel pressure regulator... That's what an FPR is... It sounds to me as if though that's the problem... If it happened after switching the lines, it would more than likely be those. But if you say you've checked that, then check your FPr with another fomr another vehicle. OBD1 FPR's are essentially the same. The fuel return is usually angled different, but other than that they're the smae- open at the same psi and close at the same psi. good luck.

the oil is good and the motor is brand new. the oil cap gets a little milky when it over heats and if i clean it off it will stay normal oil untill it overheats.

but im mainly worried about my other problems the tps is correct and i have 2 tps sensors and they both do same thing. what else control the fuel???

would that cause any of this??? maybe its bad i have a spare one.

I dont think the vaccume hoses could cause all of this. i dont think the fuel regulator will either but not to sure on a honda.

think of how a fuel system is put together. you have the tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail, adn injectors. the device that controls a fuel injected engine is the computer. other than that, you have wires and a relay.

as for the milky oil cap not being a problem, it will be when your engine seizes up cause you didnt change that head gasket. and the over heating is not helping things either. but when that engine takes a ****, it wont matter that it runs rich will it?
