92 civic clock and radio memory

Default 92 civic clock and radio memory

everything stays on when the car is on but when it turn the ignition off everything resets any idea's?

Check the 7.5A hood Back UP fuse. It may be blown.

Are you sure you have the memory wire on the radio hooked up to the constant power coming from the car

Make sure you test the fuse with DMM or some other means that can be sure. Sometimes, fuses blown but visually, they look still intact. It always cause the misleading problems.

I got an email saying you posted something about a blue wire no that's for remote for your amp. Its ether the red or yellow wire coming from your radio on your radio wiring diagram it will either say "memory" or "12v" that wire needs to be hooked up to constant power source from the car so the settings will be saved

Voltage test the Back Up fuse. Click the Fuses link in my signature.

the yellow wire is the power or 12v constant im sure? its hooked up to the power on the deck like run together! i got the clock to work but not the deck! lmao oh well i guess ima have to live with it

when ever I have a fuse in question...i just change em. Ive seen too many bad fuses look fine..and cause problems b/c they are fine.

its under a buck...id change it prior to trying to rip apart wiring diagrams.

Ichanged the fuse and the clock worked again.. but not the radio memory! lol. I guess it's not a big deal since I don't really listen to the radio anyways. Thanks for all your help everyone!
