I got CEL vss speed sensor and automatic transmission b signal and my instrument cluster only my mph reading doesn't work, it worked for a bit went up and down real quick and ever since it didn't work. Is that why I'm getting code I need to change speed sensor and will that fix instrument cluster? My rpm, gas, and temperature works but not mph. And I got transmission b signal code but i did do a engine swap it has a b16a2 engine now and it's 5 speed. Engine and trans came together. Why am I getting auto trans code if it's standard? Do I need new module or something for different engine? And is this bad and could I fix this?

I have a 1992 honda civic eg dx with b16a2 engine and transmission. With the stock ECU that came with automatic stock engine. I could go look what ECU exactly. CEL I pulled was 17 VSS Speed sensor and 31 automatic transmission b signal.
