pretty simple....anything plugged into the head or any hoses you see that would get in the way of you lifting it off, remove them... take the valve cover off and look at the bolts inside, remove them, take the head off

disconnect the manifold (IM and EM) and any hoses going to the head.

pull the valve cover off (bolts on the valve cover).

You look down in there you'll see the bolts for the head, undo them and the head comes right off.

EDIT:
Oh, yeah you might have to remove the VTEC solenoid, I haven't taken a look at it in quite some time so I couldn't tell ya for usre, I'd just d/c it and pull it out w/ the head...expletive it O.o

there's a special order you need to do in order to remove the bolts from the head without warping it. you have to follow that order and also only turn each bolt 1/3rd at a time in that order. you probably want to get a hold of a manual either online or an actual manual.

Drain oil and coolant, disconnect all hoses and wiring harnesses, unbolt manifold-to-block braces, unbolt header, remove valve cover, remove 10 headbolts starting with the center and working slowly outward in the proper pattern, lift.

i was wondering if someone was gonna say timing belt. other than that its nuts, bolts, and hoses.
