why would you swap in just the dash .... when you can't get the rear door pannels or rear plastic?

I was told you can use epoxy paint on the hard plastic and vinyl dye on the soft pieces. And regular dye on the carpets.

Krylon Fusion. It's made specially for plastic. Single stage, no primer. Turns out kind of glossy though....

There were no sedans with black interior. The coupe/hatchback dash should fit.

From what I've noticed, 92-95 RED civic HB's (specifically EX/Si) came with black interiors. I haven't seen a red hatch with any other color.
