Default 92-95 civic timing prob.

hey guys and gal's

i just dropped a 92-95 d15b sohc vtec into my 91 civic hatch. the swap went beautifully, i had RYWIRE.com splice me together a harness and put the p28 ecu in the car. everything hooked up exactly as rywire said it would. but when i started the car up it idled very low, wont go over 4 grand and two of the cylinders are staying open for too long because flames are getting to and past my cat, heating it up and spitting flames out my tail pipe. the cylinders that are overfiring are the number 1 and number 4 i figured it was a timing problem so i took off the covers for the timing belt and it was WAAAAAYYY loose. but now i cant find the right timing belt for it. i tried all the usual places honda, autozone, discount auto parts, etc. does anyone have a different evaluation of the prob and can anyone tell me if there is a place i can go to find this elusive timing belt or do i have to order it from jdm?

thanx
todd
