Default 92-95 Civic start issues. Already replaced main relay... Need help

Hello,
My wife's car has been having intermittent start up problems. The issue is, when i turn the ignition to the 'on' position, the check engine light stays on, and I don't hear the main relay click. I've changed the main relay out already... Right now the car is dead, not starting. I went out and tested with a 12v test light that when the ignition is turned to the 'on' position, the pin to the main relay turns on... Any help would be nice.

I also checked the fuel pump. The yellow/white wire lights up when I turn the car to the 'on' position, but no other wires light up.

check what code the cel is throwing, passenger side by glovebox should be a green plastic gromment with a grey 2 pin plug, put a paperclip in there the connect both pins then your cel will blink.

So I did as the instructions said and the CEL just stayed on, while the SRS light blinked.... Now the car is starting... But I know it's not trustworthy and would really like to find what's been causing it to intermittently not start.

car cranks fine. I've already verified there's spark. I've noticed when it doesn't start, the main relay doesn't click, check engine light stays on (when key is at "on" position). Already changed main relay out and it's still intermittently doing it.... I've noticed it does it more-so with wet weather tho.

I had this problem on a 94' Integra which I believe share the same distributor. I also had intermittent starting problems but no cel and never any srs blinking. Took about 2-3 weeks before it just would not turn over and start. In my case the igniter finally went out!

I put in an ek dizzy complete to test and it fired right up. Then with mine in I started at the plugs and no spark. Then I took the cap off to make sure the rotor was moving when cranked and it did. Checked for spark at the coil and there was none. Found a test online for the igniter using a simple test light and there was no on/off light during crank.

its not spark related... My main relay occasionally isn't clicking and priming the line.

It's not a fuse... Like a said it's an intermittent problem. Main relay won't click, fuel pump doesn't prime. Typically it occurs during wet weather. Maybe moisture getting into the ECU?
