Default 92-95 Civic Interior

Looking for opinion and just how much I am looking to get into. I have just recently bought a new 92 CX shell it has mint condition blue interior myself personally I don't like blue and I have black interior in my other civic dying to go into this one. Question being... Is it worth all the work??? how easy is the dash swap about the only thing I haven't gotten to work on interior wise door panels become a pain in the *** but I hear dash's will crack and then you are screwed so just give me some insight before I go start ripping this perfect blue interior out thanks....

I think it's worth all the work. I am currently piecing my black interior up to get rid of the stupid blue crap. The dash removal, according to Helms, looks pretty simple.

1. Two bolts on the side
2. One bolt inside top center vent
3. One bolt near hood latch
4. One bolt near rightside of glove box
5. One bolt behind center console.

You need to lower the steering column first and all the lower panels.

I also have a Cx hatch that came with blue interior. I have already done the black dash swap and it only took about an hour without the manual so if you have the manual it shouldn't take you much more time. The door panels and interior plastics should only take you about 30 minutes for everything. I would suggest painting your rear plastics and door panels black and only buying the black seats and seatbelts. Pain looks exactly like oem black. Pm me if you have any questions

Paint the door panels? Noooo. You'll still have blue fabric to deal with, would you not?

thanks for the above statements!

We did it a while back. Didn't have a manual, just looked for the bolts carefully, and it really wasn't that hard at all. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=600430
