I ask my buddy what he did on his He had a d15 in his 93 and swapped in a B16. He said he used his same exhaust just had a test pipe made a little shorter. But I am curious what others have done. I have a hatch working on with crap exhaust now So I will be upgrading when time comes.

Re: 92-95 civic hb b16 swap "exhaust setup?"
Hey, I was just goin to start a similar thread and decided to do a search first. So here's my setup:
B16a motor
ported and polished head
Skunk2 pro 1+ cams
Skunk2 retainers and tuner series springs
Skunk2 tuner series cam gears
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold
CTR pistons
I've been trying to find the right exhaust setup, from header back, that will best complement what i've listed. My problem is I have an EG9 (4-door) and I dont see many ready made exhaust systems that actually fit my car. So I'd love to hear your suggestions on what header and exhaust and test pipe I should get.

the header is worth it IMO but for exhaust i would go with a Apexi WS2, greddy SP2, or an RSR EX Mag. all very nice systems and are quiet til you get on it. ITR header is a nice pickup with it as well.

Stock header and stock exhaust. I plan on getting a GReddy SP2 exhaust soon since they were recently discontinued for 92-95 hatchbacks.
Will a USDM ITR header fit fine on a B16A3?

buy you header for a 99-00 civic si, then buy any test pipes or catbacks for a 92-95 si. everything will bolt right up. the brand choice is up to you.

Yea....I've been contemplating the WS2 or SP2 for quite a while now. I recently found out that the WS2 would'nt fit my sedan without modification (adding extra piping and ****). So my attention turned to the SP2. I was looking to get a 4-2-1 header because of where i want my powerband to be and even more so for clearance (plan to be slammed on 16" rota slipstreams). I'm thinking about piping diameters because I'll need three pieces i.e. header test pipe and catback. I know the SP2 is 60mm (2.36 inches). I guess what I need now is yo know which 4-2-1 header and test pipe/cat to go with.
