92-95 civic ex turn signal problem

in a 93-95 civic ex coupe.. why would the turnsignals not work but the hazard lights will work...? checked switch, relay, fuses, bulbs..

Did you check 10A dash fuse 15?

I actually had this same issue, then my turnsignals started working again... This all happened randomly.
