abs was an option in 94-95 im pretty sure they are 10.3" rotors ive never measured mine but this winter im going to do some brake work as well as some other goodies and ill have a DIY!!

i have a 92 civic ex sedan if that helps... just want to know if i could upgrade using stock gsr parts unless its already the same thing

Correct.
If I were you I'd upgrade to 11" rotors with a fastbrakes kit or something, because really the hassle of changing out calipers isn't worth the 3 or 4mm larger the piston is.

EX/Some Si have 10.4" rotors w/Nissin calipers. I think it's 10.4". I see anywhere from 10.2"-10.5"

They changed the front brake size mid 93. Eg's that re 94 and newer have the larger front disc already. Even some 93's do also during the transition period.
