Heck for $10 why not just buy it and see. Its not like your investing into a $150 intake. But if its for a 92-95 civic, im sure the piping will be smaller than the piping used for a 99si. Just get some couplers from Home Depot and im sure itll fit fine.

the piping for the 92-95 is 2.25 and the 99-00 si is about 2.5in in diameter... its about the same, but im guessing u should use the right size cause the throttle bodies have different diameters between the 2 motors...

The main thing you want to look for is if it will reach the hole in the fender.

I get all the couplers I need from Haydens, the little hardware store around where I live. The biggest difference I can think of between the 92-95 ex/si and the 99-00 si would be that the 92-95 has the D16Z6 and the 99-00 has the B16, so the throttle bodies are different.
But for $10 get the damned thing, and if you can't find a coupler that fits the TB just force it on there. (That's true Brute Force. Harhar)
