I just want to ask if anyone have a detailed diagram of the engine harness for 93 EG Hatchback with D15b engine and PO8 ECU? It will be a great help if someone could shed some light. Thanks in advance and more horsepower to us!

VTEC male and female (92up), A/C compressor (92up), 1 wire O2 connector (92up)

Can anybody tell me where I can buy these connectors? Or at least the part number so I can look it up?
The actual metal part inside the female connector of mine corroded and I would like to replace it.

Yes, I bought some of those for my VTEC connection. Check in my build thread, I think I posted the vendor there...

I tried to change 7 Dash Cluster lights to T5 Leds & installed some of them in incorrect polarity which caused to blow the fuse under the dash. I went ahead and placed the original factory bulbs back in & now have a new problem. The Dimmer switch isn't working to lower the dash lights & the 3rd break light through the truck keeps turning off every time I change it (doesn't blow the bult, just turns it off).

Any ideas?

Question for you...
Ambient air temp, coolant fan, ECT, and ECT for gauge as well as the vtec solenoid and oil pressure switch...
will the harness for a z6 pigtails work on a y8? Are they the same basically?

Hello, great pics. awesome. would you mind posting a wiring diagram for fuel pump? I've been troubleshooting my 2000 EM1 civic si. The car cranks but it won't start. I pulled out the fuel pump and tested it and it works but when I install it back in the tank, I don't hear the pump primes. hope to hear from you back soon. thank you and have a great day.

Honda doesn't sell just the connectors. They only sell full harnesses.

I believe @CX-Adam know of the companies that sells the connectors and seals and pins. I didn't bookmark it so not sure where specifically the info is stashed but I do know it's been mentioned on this site a time or two.

I honestly don't know if they've part numbers. All the results I've found from my searches use noun descriptors.
I can't vouch for quality but I did a quick google search for connectors and did provide a few links to sites where you can buy them.

Search terms: honda harness connectors; honda obd1 harness connectors

Yes I've seen those but after shipping it's like $15 or $20 for a connector I could get from my Honda dealer for $3-$4 if I knew the part number.

I thought for sure it was you that had the electronic places that sell the connectors and pins. Sorry @CX-Adam . I'll look back and see where I went wrong and see if I can find the references.

I found it. Back in 2017 @spAdam mentioned about connectors and wire and all kinds of valuable information. And I believe I've seen him post specific information for specific connectors in our 5th and 6th gen cars. Different Adam.

The thread is here.

Now that is interesting. When I went to my dealer parts counter, they told me they only sell the harness.

I have no idea on the Honda part number. Most engine connectors are Sumitomo. These are HW sealed series.

I ordered all my connectors through racespeconline.com I'm pretty sure you can get individual connectors but I just bought the full kit.

Racespeconline is a little pricey on individual connectors but their full kit isn’t too bad.

Corsa Technic has been the best all-around that I’ve dealt with in recent years.

- Prices are very decent
- Fast/reasonable cost shipping
- excellent stock
- hard to find oem-grade stuff
- good website with lots of pics and descriptions and oem part numbers.

My pet peeve is places that don’t list or try to hide the original part number. Makes it hard to learn what’s what when the only info they’ll give you is like “1 pin vtec connector” for the above post.

Typically GRN and GRN/BLK. So may be hard to identify if it's all greasy and shitty in there.

The good news: It's just a switch and it doesn't matter which way you hook it up. I wouldn't recommend hardwiring it, you'll have to drain the trans and pull the switch out (or cut the wires) if you ever need to pull the harness or separate the trans from the engine.

The correct connector is <$6 for both sides:

thanks spAdam for your answer. i have found another seller that pre-install the wires in it and i just hook up to the switch but the light seems doesn't come out. i need to check the continuity after back from work and if it ok, i have to buy a new switch.

It's been awhile so I'm guessing you got this solved, but you can test the switch for continuity with a multimeter. You can also test the rest of the circuit by unplugging the connector and jumping it with a paper clip or whatever (on the harness side) to see if the reverse lights come on.
