Default A 90 crx dx and 92-95 civic dx question

Are there any differences between these 2 setups asside from the fact that the crx dx doesn't come with mpfi while the 92-95 dx does? Would mpfi bring a crx dx up to approximately 102hp like a civic dx? Thanks in advance.

It'd be close enough.

An MPFI conversion is the best modification you can possibly do to an '88-91 DPFI engine.

So other than the fuel injection the 2 motors are about the same give or take 1-2hp?

Should be close enough.

You may also want to consider a shorter-geared transmission and a D16A6 (or better aftermarket) cam for the D15B2.

Thanks, man. I'm swapping in a whole D16Z6 in a few days and my friend wants the IM and **** from my 94 DX for his CRX DX so I was wondering what it would do for him.

yes it will help out a little bit because he is changing 2 injector system to a 4 injector setup. By the way he might need to change his ecu as well
