Default 75mm to 75.5mm bore?

1994 Del Sol SI.
D16Z6

If I bore it from 75mm to 75.50mm, I know I need to get 75.50mm pistons.
Does any other component need to be changed? Or just the pistons?

Why are you having it overbored?

boring to 75.5mm is generally if you have cylinder damage @ 75mm and have to redo the walls

.5mm doesnt greatly do any displacement improvement for the money and is typically for repairing work
