i have run a 60 shot on a totaly stock ex motor for about a year now.. without any problems.. your motor should hold it fine, but with any forced induction you always run the risk of breaking... so should it be able to handle it.. sure it should.. will it.. you will know the second you hit it.. lol i know that is a sucky answer.. but it is the truth.. if you still have the clutch described in your signature fix it before doing this as it will be one of the first things to go....

With:
-2 degrees timing retard
-Colder spark plugs
-Always run at least 91 octane
You will be fine. Just make sure you use it responsibly.

I heard the heard the rule of thumb for stock motors was not to exceed 75hp or 50% of the motors rated hp.

posting on a lot of message board has help me build up a BS immunity.. you should work on building one up also.. so when you see statements like this.. "yo dawg wit ma 50 shot i took out a supra..."it is easy for you to just skip over them, and not even waste your time responding..
