74HC373 , i cant tell which way it goes in? help
as it says, i bought the kit from moates and i can't destingish which way the chip gets soldered in

you should see a little indentation in the right or left of the chip. then look atthe other chips on your ecu, and put that tab the way they are going... i will try to take pictures

there are no arrows or half moons, just the chip serial in the middle, and a little circle just to the bottom left, its the moates kit, also is in a jdm p30 surface mount

If theres a little dot in one of the corners thats 'Pin1', no one would ever make an IC with no identification mark, you just dont know what the hell your looking for.
