i am putting A fairly new honda stereo with the alpine cd-changer ...i will have pics and allso loocking for nicer speakers. i will have a sony 444 4 ch amp for the front components and the other 2 ch going to a crossover and a 10 in sub. Just wanted to know if it woould fit.

92-95 civic uses 6 1/2

depending on the magnet, if it's too big it will hit your window when you roll it down.

I have Boston Pro 6.5" in my EG..We had to use spacers so that the magnet wouldn't go too far in and hit the window..Works fine

yeah i have 6.5 jl audios in my doors
just mad a wooden baffle because the magnets were hitting my windows

92-95 don't use 6 1/2" speakers it's something odd like 6S (I believe). Either way, you can fit 6 1/2" speakers easily. You will need a trim ring/baffle/spacer, whatever you want to call it, to keep the speaker from hitting your window.

Edit: JL Audio makes a comp set that bolts right in without modifications (depending on where you mount your tweeter.)

I fit 6-1/2 into my 91 civic and they take like 4 inch, anything is possible.
