Default 5G Hatch and suspension/GSR brake question

I have a stock 93 CX I plan on hybridizing (surprise..) just for fun an autocrossing. I'm going to upgrade the suspension first, and I'm thinking about my first investment being a bushing kit, Eibach sportlines, and Koni yellows.

This spring I plan on buying a GSR as a doaner car, for both engine and brakes (and hopefully a tac.. hmm precious tac). When I swap the lower control arms for the GSR parts so I can mount the rear disks, will I need different rear shocks? I've had some searches show up saying both cars share the chassis, so I can swap the suspension parts *****-nilly. Others suggest differences.

Thanks in advance.

yes you can swap the whole suspension from the TEG, in the front grab the sway bar, LCA, knuckle with rotor and caliper,

rear grab the whole thing, which includes LCAs, sway bar, complete trailing arm with brake lines and e-cables.

shocks can be used as well..only thing is that it will give you a 4x4 look with the oem springs

Thanks a lot for the info, my question was more this though:

I'm buying a set of springs & struts flagged "for '92-95 civic". But when I swap out the LCA for the 'teg ones, I assume they'll bolt up to the civic springs & struts, but will it stay at the same ride height/suspension. Aka, will it look like it has droopy drawers, or jacked-up camero action.

if you are going teg suspension bits, then buy teg shocks/springs

i would save up more money and get some zeal b-2 coil overs. the koni/eibach setup is okay, not really worth it. when you can spend a lil more and get a true coil over

No offense Bob, but why would you need 'true-coil overs' if your just going to be on the street and auto-xing? I think that most drivers wont be able to over drive some nice springs and struts, but wouldnt come close to using the full potental of nice coilovers.

TTT for al.

Good springs 300 (GC coilovers) + shipping 20 bucks .... goo shocks ... 400 (tokico) shipping 20 bucks ... Grand total 740$

Mugen "true coilovers" 1000$ (Kingmotorsports.com) plus shipping 20 bucks ..

300 dollar diffrence for mugen coil-overs ..when I get the money I know what I would get .... Just my opoinion

You are fine... the 94-01 integra and 92-95 civic control arms are in the same spots / same bolting locations, there will be no changes in suspension height between the two. The only reason to go to Integra LCA's is if your Civic does NOT have oem swaybars. If you swap in Teg LCA's you can run whatever combo of oem swaybars work best for you.
