(1999 civic si)

i just ordered 2 of the #30 (52317-S04-000) for a total of $24.08 from my local honda dealer

totally forgot about #28 (52308-S04-000)

(1998 integra gs)

98 integra gs i pulled from at the junkyard i got:
  • (1) #5 52300-SR3-A01
  • (2) #7 52308-SR3-000
  • (1) #12 52317-SR3-010 (R)
  • (1) #13 52318-SR3-010 (L)
  • (4) #27 93403-08020-08
  • (4) #42 95701-08018-08

do i need to order the d-bracket for the 99-00 civic si (52308-S04-000) or will the ones that i have from the 98 integra gs work (52308-SR3-000)

i'm assuming no because part number is not the same. however, the bolts i have will work because they are the same part number

for anyone interested i ordered blox rear sway bar end links for $35
Amazon.com: Blox Racing BXSS-10101-EL Rear Sway Bar Fixed End Link Set for Acura Integra/Honda Civic/Del Sol: Automotive Amazon.com: Blox Racing BXSS-10101-EL Rear Sway Bar Fixed End Link Set for Acura Integra/Honda Civic/Del Sol: Automotive

i can't seem to find a 13mm hardrace rear sway bar bushing so i'm looking at getting energy suspension Energy Suspension 16.5107 Rear Sway Bar Bushings - 13mm (0.51 inch) Made by Energy Suspension

The integra one should work as long as you use the right bushing.

the energy suspension website says their 13mm bushing (16.5107) fits 94-01 integra and 99-00 civic si. but it also says it fits itr, i thought that had a 22/23mm rear bar?

The itr does use a 22mm bar don't know why es says it fits unless its a set of different sized bushings. Worst case scenario buy the bushing for the Si from honda. The part numbers from Es elsewhere just show the 13mm size so you will be good with it.

I have used integra D brackets on Si subframe mounting plates, actually still do, which I am about to swap out for an asr with itr sway. If you can get the specific bracket you might as well no harm in having the correct part.

The D bracket from the Integra will work just use the 99-00 SI bushing.

The difference in size ( 1mm) only changed the bushing, not the D bracket.

  • 52308-SR3-000 is on the left
  • 52308-S04-000 is on the right

confirmed, they're exactly the same. what's with differing part numbers?

in my OP the diagram for the 98 teg, i need #8 and #11 part numbers 52312-SE0-000 and 52316-SA5-000

should i order oem or is there an aftermarket one that is harder rubber/lasts longer? i can't seem to find these bushings anywhere except oem

also i was wrong, i believe the roll bar i got off the 98 teg gs is a 14mm bar... not 13. so should i get: http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...p?prod=16.5107 (16.5107 13mm) or: http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...p?prod=16.5116 (16.5116 14mm)

the 14mm one right...?

the 14mm one right...?
For the bushings function7 makes a metal insert for a few bucks so you can use the correct Si endlink. As far as the D bushing I would get the 14mm version to avoid any possible binding issues.

i found this:

https://honda-tech.com/road-racing-a.../#post34570328

Function7 10mm Rear Sway Bar Bushing Set (4) F7-F7BRS10 - King Motorsports Unlimited, Inc.

is that what you are talking about? $40 shipped is a bit much for what it is. be much cheaper to go to local honda dealer. but i imagine the metal inserts would be better to tighten up the suspension the way i want

thanks for letting me know about those

also: while reading about these inserts i came across people saying bad things about the blox endlinks i ordered (they were already delivered yesterday)

anyone have anything to say about them?

I think I might have bought 3rd party inserts, sorry. I think ASR also makes some but you will have to contact them to see if they sell them seperately. Also the blox endlinks ARE junk. I have used hardrace and they lasted the whole time I had my previous ctr rear sway. OEM are also a good choice.

Those metal inserts are needed to use a aftermarket/ 99-00 SI endlink on an integra bar.

I have them in my rear bar. They fit extremely tight, like ******* tight. I was pounding on my sway bar with a mini sledge. There might be cheaper ones out there, but I just spent the money for the F7's.

Don't bother with Blox endlinks...

EDIT:i have no experience with the fixed end links, only adjustables.

okay im just gonna get the f7 metal inserts because I want this rear end built properly. so I'm thinking about returning the blox links. holding them in my hand they seem high quality but idk I don't mind spending the money because this bar is gonna make the car handle so much better in turns. can't wait

I also didn't mention I got the links from the integra. but if I were to use them they need new bushings

buying this now: http://www.buyhardrace.com/product/h...ic-ek9_29.html

I want this bar installed this week!

just called king motorsports F7BRS10 is on back order and the guy said he hasn't spoke to function7 in a while and they havent had them restocked in over 2 months. so it looks like im going with the oem bushing for now at least

the hardrace fixed links are ordered ($62) the blox links are in the process of being returned. just emailed asr seeing if they can get me the metal inserts they include with their kits. if i can't get them from asr idk what im gonna do...

you can't use Integra endlinks anyways. there is no "OEM" bushing.

You can either order straight from F7, or ASR. Maybe another company that stocks F7 parts.

I was talking about #8 and #11 on the integra diagram. pretty sure it converts the big hole on the bar to a 10mm hole too

"Technically" it does convert it but all those pieces are is a rubber bushing. The integra endlink holds it in place but you can't use it because the LCA won't match the mounting area. There is other options that are not as pretty but will work.
