Default 50 psi on cylinder #1, need help

hey so i made a post a few days ago because my 2000 civic Si (Canadian, d16y8) was acting up. it was puffing air the harder i was pushing the gas pedal, kinda sounded like an exhaust leak, but wasnt, and was bogging like crazy making no power. i've got a used distributor cap, rotor, borrowed my buddies spark plugs, used his spark plug wires and still same ****. now it doesnt even wanna start.

So today i did a compression test and these are the results:
Cyl #1=50 psi
Cyl #2=200 psi
Cyl #3=150 psi
Cyl #4=200 psi

i would like to know if it needs a rebuild, and based on these numbers, what you think the next and cheapest step i should take from here is. i dont really have alot of money and if it does infact need a rebuild, is it possible to put on any d series block on? like even a obd1 or something?

Thanks in advance

yes it will need to be rebuil if the numbers are that low. 130psi and theyre done.
you could pick up a d16y8,y7 and other blocks and keep your head, or swap full motor.

could be valves or piston rings, that 50 looks bad though and the 150 isnt good either. Squirt some oil in the cylinders and if the pressure rises its prolly your rings. Leak down test is the #1 way for sure. I just picked up a del sol with a 60psi in one cylinder and 180 in the rest so i'm kinda in the same boat. Going to build it for boost though

Do a Valve check on the two low cylinders and make sure you don't have any valves to tight. Valves that are to tight won't close all the way, if caught quickly usually you can escape a burnt/cut valve.

You don't say if you have tried any of the sugestions you allready got,but just to add my 2c do the comp test again like Deadazleep siad and narrow down where the problem is.
Leakdown test is best if you can do or have one done.
