Ok I'd go with the 50 mm long horned ITB's. The reasoning is that you are still running a small displacement motor at 1.8L vs 2-2.5L (range) etc. The longer horns will help torque, especially in the midrange through top end which is ideal for track use. Id' go with the shorter horns if it was for drag use and go with the larger TB's if I had a larger displacement motor.
I've seen a set of Toda ITB's used on a bone stock B16A2 with only a little mild porting and the torque and HP numbers blew my cars dyno numbers out of the water by a long shot. He was even using a stock P30 ecu too! He dynoed his car (91 CRX) right before mine and only did 3 pulls. His numbers were 162.6 hp and 117.0 lbs of torque. I had them tune my Hondata which made 154.6hp and 106.7 TQ (see mods in my sig). Made me take a serious look at those ITB's !
