With normal valve jobs we use a bunch of flat angles to make a radius. The problem with this is that there are sharp edges, however small they might be they still affect flow. A radius cut is in fact a smooth radius.

Don't valves have flat angles (chamfers) cut on the back of them? wouldn't the valve need to have a radius cut on it to seat properly?

whoops nm i see what you mean, i thought something entirely different lol
but, the sharp edjes on the valve, would they need to be blended into a radius as well?

Part of any valve jobis grinding the valves to match the seat. It would be kinda stupid to have a 5 angle seat with a single angle valve.

They are relatively inexpensive. I paid 450 for a radius cut.

There will be a difference, especially if you get oversized valves. It will be more noticeable on a higher horsepower application though.

You moron, if you knew anything at all about this topic you would realize that the extra two angles isn't going to do ****. Especially when it is possible to fit as many as 50 angles on a valve.
