4dr Civic needs heart! Which one?
Okay, this is just to see what motor I should go for, and some other questions about smog. So please if you have helpful hints, please post.
I have a 97 4dr, and I want to swap it with a b16a or b18c1 legally (97+ and pref USDM). After it is installed I want to throw on a vortech supercharger. My question is, which motor should I go for, and also is it possible to change internal parts, and still make the car pass smog. Like sleeve and stronger pistons and rods, but still with spec dimentions or whatever I could do to still make it pass in Cali. Also what actions do I need to do in order to get it smogged. What do I tell the ref, because I am going from a sohc to a dohc.
