Default 400 whp on b16 turbo....

i have a b16 with all stock internals and it burns oil so i have to fix the block, and i might as well build it while im at it....
here is what i was thinking. this is with help from the local tuner shop....tell me what you all think

Block:
b16 block
with either srp pistons or je pistons
eagle h-beam rods
new oil pump, water pump and timing belt

Head:
Crowler chromale retainers
dual valve springs
valve job

Turbo:
precision dual ball bearing turbo sc34 with a .48 exhaust side(hot side)
edlebrock victor x intake manifold
mini me exhaust manifold
custom piping and some sort of FMIC....
tuned with hondata

and here are the prices...
2500 to build the block...
1500 to do the head....
so 4,000 to build the whole motor ready for turbo, this is installed in my car....

so while im saving up for the turbo im breaking in the built motor
and then 4,000 more to build the whole turbo, put it on, and tuned with hondata and on the dyno....

So let me know your opinions, suggestions, and if this is WAY to much money to reach 400 whp.....thats what the shop is guessing....either close to 400 or at 400!!!!

he seems to have the basics.
sleeving should be a MUST for pushing that much hp
it would be stupid to let your engine go boom after all that $$
when sleeves could have helped prevent

Apparently he is not worried about running out of fuel...Rod bolts and head bolts should be included...He doesnt need cams or anything else. Hmmm, should hit 400+ whp EASY.

Block:u already got
b16 block
with either srp pistons or je pistons
eagle h-beam rods <doesnt the block need notching with these? not sure on B's
new oil pump, water pump and timing belt < OEM for sure

Head:
Crowler chromale retainers
dual valve springs
valve job

Turbo:
precision dual ball bearing turbo sc34 with a .48 exhaust side(hot side)< i think your gunna need a bigger one
edlebrock victor x intake manifold
mini me exhaust manifold
custom piping and some sort of FMIC....
tuned with hondata

and here are the prices...
2500 to build the block... <pistons/rods wont cost that much, plus parts shouldnt cost that much. Does this include hot tanked/put together/ or blueprinting??
1500 to do the head.... <you can do better

so while im saving up for the turbo im breaking in the built motor
and then 4,000 more to build the whole turbo, put it on, and tuned with hondata and on the dyno....

So let me know your opinions, suggestions, and if this is WAY to much money to reach 400 whp.....thats what the shop is guessing....either close to 400 or at 400!!!!

Is this a DD or what? Im not sure on the b16 but with 400hp you probably need to sleeve it for reliability. $1k

What is this in? Your gunna need a lot of help to get 400 to the ground, traction is gunna kill you.
obx LSD- ~$400??

GOOD TIRES, if this isnt for the strip. $$$ mroe then normal!

Fuel management??

750cc injectors- RC's $350

I dunna but i think your gunna spend more then 5k to effectively and reliably get 400hp from that 1.6l

hope i was helpfull. Feel free to correct my mistakes honda guru's
