90-up (depending on model)

so yeah there are car the have all 4 wheel disc without abs

Del Sol Si's (i believe), and some Del Sol VTEC (definite on this one and they are the same size as GSR brakes) came with/out ABS also.

correct. the 99-00 SI didnt have ABS..and the 92-95 SI didnt either (although there was an option for rear abs in 94-95)

Read the specs at http://www.edmunds.com . Also, I got my rear disc setup from a '00SI. They did not have rear discs.

No. There was ABS from the factory offered with some of the 94's and but in none of the 95 Si's. Topic covered last week, see my sig for the thread...
