4 door times
4 door civic, B16A2, 4-2-1 manifold (unknown make)cold air intake, no cat, hi flowing exhaust (custom) 17 inch concept 5's on street tires, full interior.
15.7 1/4 smoking all the way as rings gone.
Opinions? ( probably flame me so I'm from the UK flame that as well! )

Is that a completely stock B16? I think you could hit high 14s-low 15s if you lost the 17s. Those things are what slowing you down.

I'd say it's alot more than the 17's that's keeping his bolton B16 from running a 15.0 flat or better. ****, I had Centerline 18's on my S10 that were probably lighter than your steelies!
Have you had the car tuned yet? Many engines are way out of tune by the time you get your hands on them...unlock some of that power and get back to us.

Heads been milled and been thinking of getting cam gears and a tune.
We have 98+ Octane over here so do you think advancing the ignition is worth it?

98!??!? Advance the ignition like 17 degrees if you can. ****, that'll give you a buttload of power.

When B16A ferio had his 1992 LX 4 door...he ran 14.7 with a 2.1 60ft

I have a turbo EG8 (jap import eg sedan) with the vtec d15b, and I ran a 21 second 1/4 But It was pouring down with rain all day, and even pissing down while i was racing havnt run it since.
