35mm or 40mm bearing in my tranny

Icon2 35mm or 40mm bearing in my tranny

i have a 1998 civic dx hatch with a d16y7 and a 5 speed manual transmission.

im looking up rebuild kits on synchrotechs web sight and theres a 35mm and a 40mm version.

which one do i get or how do i find out which one i need for my car. its an A000 transmission btw.

A000 is the 35mm version.

When it doubt check the speedo gear on the differential (you can see it simply by removing the speed sensor and looking down the hole) white=35mm black=40mm
