3 wires for gauge lighting which one!

3 wires for gauge lighting which one!
bought a hatch from a guy that hacked the wires up doing the stupid indiglo gauges
almost have everything back to normal except the gauge lights
the dimmer to the left of steering wheel has 3 wires coming out of it
one black one red and one red with black stripe
which one of these can I hook up to the fuse box to illuminate the gauges
anyone have a manual?

Or you can use a multimeter and not guess at all.
And sometimes searches also work.
