Are the 3 inch eBay exhausts really 3 inch?

I need a new exhaust for my turbo eg.

I currently have a 2.5 inch eBay exhaust which is closer to 2 3/8.

Unless you have an LS swapped EG, or are making some pretty impressive numbers on the dyno, 2.5" is plenty of exhaust.

Exhaust tubing is measured at its OD. Are you measuring OD?

Yes, the measurement on my other exhaust is measured at the OD. Built b20vtec with a good size turbo.
