2nd gen b16 with a usdm 92-95 ex engine harness question!
hey i had a quick question.. the vtec soleniod on my jdm b16 there is only one plug thats goes into it..but on the harness there is 2 plugs..im hearing that you don't have to hook up the oil pressure plug...but im wondering how vtec would engage...im running a jdm p30 ecu also..any help guys? thanks

If you are using your EX wireharness, just plug both of the wires from the harness into the vtec solinoid and oil pressure switch.

my jdm b16 didnt have a vtec pressure switch but it had a solenoid. i swapped one from a us b16 or u can tap and die the hole for a oil pressure switch. pm if u need help

If you're running the JDM P30, you will not need the VTEC pressure switch. Single wire VTEC

pull the power steering sensor off the same car plug it into the pressure sensor and let it hang problem should be solved. It doesnt need to read pressure just needs to close the loop I believe anyway cause thats how it works on mine
