If the lip is for a 92-95 coupe, no it won't fit. At least not as a direct bolt on. The shape is different, especially near the corners of the bumper. Also the coupe width is an inch shorter on the sides. If you want a sedan bumper lip, you must get a sedan lip. If this is for a 96-00, then yes they are swappable.

I'm freakin' out of it... I'm sorry guys... It's for a 92-95 civic sedan... and i meant the rear lip... My wife wants one and i found one that i like but it's for a coupe.... sorry for my stupidness...
