Default 253,000 miles and BOOM!

Silver dollar hole in the block. Hydrolocked this morning on the way to work, got her restarted and was back on my way, I knew I was on limited time, but ALMOST made it to work. Came up 4 miles short.

I be fucked now.

Towing it to work, not sure what I will do after that.

Hope everyone else is having a good day.

Cold Air Intake Hydrolock? Why did you keep driving it after it hydrolocked?

And what would you have me do? I was between work and home(45 mile 1 way commute) where cell phones do not work and it was pouring rain. I knew it was on borrowed time at that point.

No not CAI, modified stock box.

Anyway the car is now at work.

First of all, lets not get our panties in a bunch. What would _I_ have you do? Are you my puppet? lol. Dude - if it was me...

1.) Key out of Ignition.
2.) Open door.
3.) Get Out.
4.) Flag passing motorist.
5.) Ride to nearest gas station.
6.) Call tow-truck.

I wouldn't attempt to keep driving it that's for sure ;-)

1) my motor blew on my car so I am a bit pissed right now, cut me some slack.

2) it was on a mountain pass, neareast gas staion- 25 miles.

3)Flag down a motorist on Ortega Highway? Not likely.

Phone pic-

Damn, what kind of phone are you using?

The engine would probably still run. It's gone anyway, why not just drive it as far as it goes?
