Default 21 pics and 1 vid of my car. SEVERE BODY DAMAGE *56K*

Here are some pics of my car. As some of you know, it was rear ended by an '86 VW Golf about a month ago. The damage was about 5000$ worth. It was borderline totaled, the insurance company offered to fix it. The damage was so bad they had to cut the car in half basically. They have another rear clip of a car, which is pictured below. They are going to join the two frames at the factory seams, which is how insurance requires it to be fixed. As the car has been sitting in the shop, I have car parts taunting me at the house. RC 440cc injectors, tokico illumina shocks, h&r race springs, civic si rear disk brake swap, JIC magic front strut tower bar, and spoon sports radiator cap. Pics:

Video: http://mywebpage.netscape.com/...d.mpg

That's not me in any of the pics, and that's not my voice in the video.. haha. Just so you guys know.

And why is that????
I'll post pictures of my other coupe, but I had the same thing happen to me and my dad, his friends and I fixed the car up just as it was before.

Don't do a half-*** job and your car will still be the same

I can't imagine that car is worth the amount of labor it takes to get it back together again much less the cost of parts.....well hope it works out O.K. for you

Well like I stated in a different post, we have not as difficult laws here to legalize Salvage cars then the US....but the car will be running properly and just like before if you take it to somebody that knows what they are doing

Insurance is paying for the car to get fixed. I had no say in it really... whether or not the car was getting repaired. I'm only 17 years old. My dad worked it out. I love my car, so if it gets fixed... I have so many car parts staring me in the face right now. I was going to get a 3rd gen rx7 tt if the insurance company totaled the car.

o yea i say BS that your fixing it cuz the NEW rear clip looks like your old rear end.look how the right rear side is missing on the NEW rear end .and it looks like its still on your front clip.
