205/60/15 is more of an OE size for a Honda Accord with its larger fender wells/arches.
For a Civic a more appropriate 15'' tire size would be 205/50/15 or even 195/55/15 as that was the OEM tire size for the 99-00 Civic Si which has the same sized fender wells/arches as your Civic.

im not sure of the width and offset...i didnt check them stupid me was too excited... but has anhyhone ran 205/60/15 on thr 99 civic... cuz in the front i have 205/50/15 and they work fine the rub sounds like its from the back... would the offset actually effect it.. cuz it doesnt rub all the time only on turns and with weight in the car...
