ok i have a 93 hatch with a b20 stock have intake and exhaust not header.. i know i need to get a vtec head but what do i need to do to put me in the 190 to 210whp range what does it require?

and most importantly what do you recommend. this is going to be my daily driver i want it to run really strong.. im sure 200 will be what i am looking for.

if you do a vtec head swap, prepare to spend moneyh on getting it tuned.

honestly, an aftermarket intake manifold, an exhaust thats designed well, and some high compresssion pistons will put you near there. get a cam gear to dial in your setup also.

its possible to net 200whp without a vtec head

that's not true. You can source out a P8R head, it has oversize 33mm valves and flow the same as a vtec head, without having to mod it

what comp pistons? and what management system for the tuning? im thinkin skunk2 IM..
what do you mean source it out?.. and would getting a gsr head be worth it in the long run.. would it make it easier to make the power i want or more later on down the road?
