Default 2003 Civic Si Cluster *56k not so safe*

Are these clusters just plug n play into a 2000 cx hatchy? The reason I ask this is because the cx cluster is scratched up and i was lookin for a new cluster.. I have tried to search already but nothin came up so here goes..:

I highly doubt so. The 99-00 si is plug and play, though.
